We have used the CSP software since it was a doss based system, but sine the Property Group got involved the customer service has depreciated significantly. If you did decide to migrate, even on an upgrade from CFP to Alto or Jupex their charges are prohibitive.

I have been around a long time and was part of the consultation process for accreditation of Landlords and properties both with Liverpool and Wirral councils. This was doomed to fail as it had no teeth, so along came selective licencing (just a big money making scam) although it has more teeth it is abused by those recognising, its a chancers game as the LA's don't have the resources to police it correctly, also in Liverpool's case the LA abused the system by tarring everyone with same brush, and buy the way they are at it again trying to "selectively licence as many areas as they can" In my view the only thing that might work better is a National standard qualification and licence to operate with regular checks. As has been said above you need a licence to drive a car, you also need an annual MOT.

This makes absolute sense, to me/us, but does it to Robert Jenrick. Given that the government have implied the agency world would be one of the first back to work to help re-generate the economy, what better timing than now to roll this out. But someone will need to tell him.

More good news. The interesting point here is the question of policing has at last been answerd. The strengthening of the NTS teams now shows which body will be tasked with overseeing our industry.
