I've worked in sales, marketing and business development for over 20 years and have since, 2009, focused on working with residential property professionals. Prior to joining mio's parent company, tmgroup, in 2018, I spent ten years advising surveying firms on professional indemnity insurance and risk management, working closely with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. As the MD of a small business, I can identify with many of the challenges experienced by the MDs of Estate Agency firms and as, someone, who is proud to call themselves a sales women I can, on occasion, bring some fresh ideas to a business looking for creative thinking in relation to sales or marketing.
