Regal Estates are an independent estate agency based in the Kent area, having expanded our portfolio organically, through delivering an award-winning experience to our clients.

I have over 15 years’ experience within finance and property and a long history of combining this with technology and innovation. While working for one of the biggest banks in the world, I was given an award for transforming one of their worst performing branches into one of their best.

I then moved into an estate and letting agency where I was responsible for transforming Regal Estates into the modern, data driven business it is today, winning multiple awards along the way. We now manage close to 650 properties from our Canterbury office ranging from individual landlord properties to multiple lets of up to 60 properties per development.

In May 2019 to further develop my knowledge and understanding of the technologies driving the estate agency market into the technological future, I worked an Innovationist for Iceberg Digital, under mentorship of their CEO Mark Burgess.

During my time at Iceberg Digital, I worked with many agency owners across the UK, helping them to develop ultra-targeted marketing campaigns. Utilising the Iceberg Digital software, to automate their advertising across social media platforms and their website, providing a seamless and consistent customer experience across all interactions with an agency.

I have frequently been called upon to share my knowledge and experience on industry podcasts and to social media teaching groups, and co-authored an Amazon Best Seller in two categories, Sales & Marketing and Sales Techniques.

As the 2020’s brings new trends, including a new generation to the market, along with the need to better utilise our ‘big data’ and integrate our marketing strategies across social media platforms, I am now excited to be working back at Regal Estates, employing my insights developed into this business.

My passion for the property market, combined with my love for dealing with people will ensure that our clients property portfolios remain occupied and profitable, and that we maintain our position as the leading lettings agent in Canterbury.

Outside of Regal Estates, I am the CEO of Fight Train Clothing, a brand that supports the mental health community, raising awareness and encouraging people to speak up.
