I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer, Managing Director of Globe Apartments, a letting and management firm, of 45 Chiltern Street, London, W1U 6LU, which I established in 1981 and also the managing director of a more recently established business, myleasehold Limited, of the same address, who specialise in Leasehold Reform valuations advising Landlords and Tenants.

Globe Apartments is an estate agency business dealing with residential property lettings and management in the Central London area. Outside of Central London, the firm also manages a number of residential portfolios. I have specialist knowledge and experience in carrying out market valuations for both capital and rental purposes, lease extensions, enfranchisement and private treaty sales.

I am an ex member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Residential Lettings and Management Working Group and have previously been an executive committee member on the board of the Association of Leasehold and Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
