It would seem in this new age you can be a failing estate agent but a successful business. 2 completely separate things now. Nothing in the article about customers, sales or service - it is all about the business and the value of the company.

14% of people think they deserve a pay rise! Deary me. They should pump that £20m straight back into the branch staff, thank them and beg them all to stay and turn it around.

People complaining about PB stories yet they are the only ones that get any comments on. There are plenty of other news pieces done daily by EAT & PIE but the only ones that get comments are the PB ones. Maybe if you all cared to comment on the others or stopped commenting on the PB ones they wouldn't post as much PB rubbish. Supply and demand.

There needs to be a balance. No matter how good an agent is, they do need to adapt to customer needs. As bad as the post-instruction service is from PB et al, they have some fantastic tech in place that the man on the street loves and all agents can learn from it.
