 Prospecting tool unveiled by iamproperty

A new prospecting solution has been launched by iamproperty.

The announcement follows the proptech firm’s recent high-profile acquisition of Information Works.  

The Marketing Toolkit is described as a comprehensive data and prospecting platform, joining iamproperty’s ecosystem of tools including auction, CRM and onboarding and conveyancing.  


The first 100 existing agents who join will receive £50 credit to get started. With no lengthy contracts or sign-up fees, agents can simply pay for what they use. 

Key features include expert property data and reports, which include 70% of your clients’ upfront material information, highly targeted on-market and off-market campaigns, customisable direct mail templates and time-saving automation tools – all supporting agents to easily generate a steady stream of instructions with minimal admin.  

Ben Ridgway, co-founder of iamproperty, said: “There’s been a lot of industry speculation around this announcement and it’s great to share what we’ve been working on.
