Proptech firm ValPal has entered the artificial intelligence (AI) sphere with a new tool to help agents write better quality and faster property listings.
The brand is seeking feedback from agents on ValPalProperty Particulars AI.
ValPal Property Particulars AI uses natural language processing algorithms to analyse data entered by the agent about a property such as its location, size, and features, to generate a description that aims to be informative and engaging.
The system is also trained to incorporate search engine optimisation keywords to improve the listing’s search engine rankings.
The tool aims to saves agents time so they can focus on getting listings on the market and on sales.
Based on it taking 45 minutes for an agent to typically write a listing and assuming an average salary of £19.35 per hour for a 40-hour week, ValPal estimates that its software could save the sector £40m per year or just over £2,000 per business based on their being 19,500 agents in the UK.
Craig Vile, director of ValPal, said: "Our goal with ValPal Property Particulars AI is to make the property particulars process faster and more efficient for estate agents.
"Our system is designed to be easy to use, allowing agents to create high-quality property particulars in a matter of minutes.
"Not only does ValPal Property Particulars AI save estate agents time, but it can also save them money.
“By eliminating the need for manual typing of property particulars, each office can save thousands of pounds in man-hours.
"This means agents can focus on what they do best, selling properties and growing their business."
