Proptech startup Giraffe360 has introduced a new sales and marketing feature that helps agents create auto-generated videos.
Every property that has been scanned by a Giraffe360 camera can now create auto-generated video, ready to be plugged into social media and listing portals as well as directly with clients.
This marketing tool was the most requested feature from clients, the industry media provider said.
Mikus Opelts, chief executive of Giraffe360, said: “We are releasing the most requested feature from our existing clients.
“The automated tool helps real estate agents tell compelling stories when presenting individual properties.
“Stories that can be shared both directly with clients and across social media. These video narratives should drive interest in listed properties and empower agents to instil emotion in their sales pitches, incentivising the purchases of more homes.”
