Upfront information specialists go live on Reapit's AppMarket

PropTech platform Gazeal, which specialises in digital reservation agreements and upfront seller information, has announced that it now has an app available and ready to install on Reapit’s AgencyCloud AppMarket.

The new app will give Reapit’s agents access to the services provided by Gazeal, which aims to offer a unique solution to the age-old problem of sales fall-throughs.

The platform helps sellers prepare their Buyer Information Packs – detailing key legal information about their property – right from the beginning.


This, Gazeal says, is then automatically passed to the agent who can share it with conveyancers, solicitors, or any other parties involved at the start of the transaction, thereby ‘increasing transparency and saving time’.

After this point, both buyer and seller can use Gazael to secure the deal with a reservation agreement and decide what level of financial guarantee they would like to make to each other, replacing the traditional and often expensive holding deposit process.
