The whole of the market will win with streamlined processes, says TVPN

The entirety of the property market could be enhanced by embracing all-in-one moving and streamlining processes, according to The ValPal Network.

This, in turn, would speed up the home buying, selling and letting process, it claims.

“Processes that are difficult to manage can be detrimental to the company as they are complex to navigate and put off those using them. Whereas those with efficient and compatible approaches are more likely to generate and nurture leads and grow their business,” Craig Vile, director of The ValPal Network, said.

The PropTech provider says that there are many people involved in the day-to-day process of selling and lettings – including sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, agents, conveyancers, surveyors and mortgage lenders – and if all these elements of the property market made use of the right PropTech solutions, communication across the sector would be vastly improved.

“To really grow, the industry as a whole needs to move from physical to digital methods as many have not completely adapted to this way of doing business yet,” Vile added.

“Existing and prospective clients want to be supported with their preferred method of communication at a time that is convenient for them. In more recent years at The ValPal Network, we have learnt this is best achieved through streamlined digital methods of communication.”

He argues that simplifying all processes for agents is ‘the only way’ to guarantee better communication, as everyone involved will be able to effectively communicate through all types of devices, including desktops, mobiles, and tablets.

“Overall, this will allow for better communication between the business and clients but also internal communication, too,” Vile continued.

Vile said that streamlined PropTech solutions can assist agents in engaging with their current and future customers.

He pointed to chat-boxes that simply pop up in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen on an agent’s website to offer visitors help and assistance with their queries, or nurturing software that helps to keep those cool and tepid leads interested and turned into hot leads when the time is right

“PropTech solutions that make the life of agents easier - by automating and streamlining processes – will help the whole market to thrive and grow,” Vile concluded.
