Regional agency network expands geographical presence

Estate agency network the Experts in Property has expanded its geographical spread.

The group of more than 65 independent estate agencies across the South West of England has expanded with a new member in Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire.

Established in 1989, Country Property is the longest serving property consultancy in the town and was recently acquired by Bristol property specialist and the expert behind The Right Move? The Property Podcast, Andrew Simmonds.

As a member of the network, Country Property has joined forces with Simmonds’ Backwell estate agency, Parker’s, and tens of other independent agencies across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
 

All offices are linked to each other as well as the dedicated South West property search portal, www.theexpertsinproperty.co.uk, which also provides a live data feed to every member’s website.

The network provides back-office support, HR services and a member’s hub containing a range of manuals, supplier discounts, social media and marketing support.
