Marketing platform pledges to save agents 'time and money' with relaunched offering

Agent marketing platform Growth Track has rebranded with a new offering aiming to save firm’s money and boost their digital presence.

Now called Estate Track, the proposition combines websites, search engine optimisation and blog content with a further 11 marketing and lead generation tools including social media and emails.

The company has worked with agents for more than 10 years supplying digital services and are primarily known for Growth Mail, their email branding software.


It is already used by independent agents such as Andrew & Co and Maurice Kilbride.

The site promises to save agents thousands on their marketing spend and was launched by former agent Stephen Phillips and Daniel Lack.

Phillips said: “With so many marketing tools available, the marketplace has become confusing and using them to try and achieve the same would mean having disconnected services from many different suppliers and with a large overall bill. 

“Agents using our platform saves the agent both a substantial amount of time and money.”

The pair embarked on a project to improve what is on offer to agents two years ago.

Explaining the process in a blog, Phillips said: “As well as our own services, many new proptech tools have been created that help generate leads from instant valuation tools, market data, portal qualifiers and more, however, using them and connecting them all together would mean dealing with many suppliers, require advanced marketing skills and deep pockets.

“Additionally, they nearly all drive the visitors to your website and given it’s common for an agent to get a new site and then never update it for many years until they pay for a new one, they are not always good as can be. 

“They often lack key elements such as modern design, quick speeds, poor mobile layouts and in the case of instant valuations tools, drive the visitor back to another website made to look like yours (therefore losing the valuable traffic), so we embarked on a project to build and bring all the tools you need together, into one platform.”

Lack added: “Our goal is to create an ever-growing marketing toolkit with everything an agent needs, and each new tool gets added to the platform for every customer at no additional cost, providing incredible ongoing value.”
