Software integration aims to boost agent instructions

Estate agency software provider Street.co.uk has announced an integration with lead generation tool Spectre to help agents secure instructions.

Agency firms that use both Street.co.uk and Spectre will be able to access insights from property cards that automatically appear when a potential buyer or seller is added to their customer relationship management (CRM) account.

These cards are generated using Spectre’s data and highlight if the person’s property is on the market, the listing price, how long it has been listed and which agent it is on the market with.

The integration removes the need for agents to manually input names, making the whole process easier, quicker, and more effective, Spectre said.

Street.co.uk has also built an automatic feed into Spectre, which transfers known homeowner names, letting users personalise their prospecting campaigns and boost their success rates.

According to internal Spectre data, personalised prospecting letters are three times more effective at generating instructions than those with a generic introduction.
Spectre and Street.co.uk are both part of Street Group, the organisation founded and funded by brother and sister entrepreneurs, Thomson and Heather Staff.

Heather Staff said: “No other CRM available today has access to such comprehensive on-market data like Street.co.uk now does, which I’m delighted to say our agents are already reaping the benefits of.

“The integration also increases the effectiveness of mutual users’ prospecting campaigns by three times through the seamless synchronisation of homeowner names.

“Agents frequently ask their account managers about how best to optimise their account to generate more instructions and increase market share in their local area. I’m proud to say our newest integration is the perfect solution to this.

“By linking our industry-leading software, this integration gives agents a simple way of enriching their data and local market knowledge - as well as improving both their prospecting materials and consumer experience for multiple ways to secure new business.”

Josh Gertler, director of estate agent Normie and client of both Street.co.uk and Spectre, said: “'Having on-market data in our Street CRM has allowed us to spot opportunities for valuations that we would have previously missed.

“When we add contact details into Street, any relevant on-market data associated with their property is flagged so that we can immediately have a detailed conversation about the progress of their sale.

“That allows us to be seen as the local market expert in the vendor's eyes, and as a result, we've seen an increase in the number of applicants converted to valuations since using the integration.”
