Century 21 UK, the British arm of the US-based franchising agency, has been sold.
Nicholas Faulkner, the owner of leasehold property management business Alexander Faulkner Partnership, has purchased the Century 21 UK master franchise brand from SDL Group.
A statement from the company said the new owner is keen to expand the Century 21 UK brand, its presence in the UK and to support the offices to scale in both lettings and sales.
Currently, the brand has a network of 41 agents in the UK.
Globally, Century 21 is one of the world’s largest networks of estate agents, with around 10,500 offices and 125,000 sales professionals spanning 86 countries worldwide.
He said: “There are many synergies between estate agency and leasehold management and I’d like to bring this into play between Century 21 UK and Alexander Faulkner Partnership.
"I am looking forward to working with franchisees and building the network.”
