Agents promised new tools as conveyancing tech firm rebrands

Conveyancing software company ULS Technology has rebranded.

The London Stock Exchange-listed company, which encompasses conveyancing brands eConveyancer, DigitalMove, Legal Eye and Amity Law, has relaunched as Smoove and pledged to invest in new technology to build products and services for users including estate agents.

Its name aims to reflect its strategy of creating a smooth end-to-end digitally empowered home moving experience, with tools that can be accessed by conveyancers and estate agents to montior the progress of a transaction.

Smoove claims it has saved around 1,360 days’ worth of onboarding and admin time for conveyancers through its digital services over the past three years.

The company's conveyancing comparison eConveyancer brand will remain, while onboarding and communications platform DigitalMove will be integrated into the wider company.

The rebrand also includes a new logo and website.
