Three of the leading industry content specialists are set to gather on stage together for what is believe to be the first time in June.
Renowned content producers and industry influencers Amanda O’Brien, Christopher Watkin and Jerry Lyons will come together on stage at the NAEA Propertymark National Conference on 30 June for a communications masterclass.
O’Brien, founder of Content for Estate Agents will focus on finding the narrative in lifestyle content.
Lyons, founder of Estate Agent Content Club will take on community content and Christopher Watkin, founder of Christopher Watkin, the UK’s #2 Lettings and Estate Agency Business Growth Specialist will tackle factual and stats-based content.
The trio will bring insight on best practice and achieving consistent, engaging and quality content.
Propertymark said the masterclass couldn’t come at a better time and should be an integral part of all agent strategies as their members are reporting that the recent property boom has seen buyers getting creative to get ahead of the competition.
Viewings and even offers are being secured via WhatsApp and Facebook Live moments after a property is shown.
Nathan Emerson, chief executive of Propertymark, says: “This year’s NAEA Propertymark Conference returns with a fully packed informative agenda and we look forward to welcoming agents back face to face.
“Alongside three of the best content gurus, we are hearing from renowned experts across all areas of estate agency who will gear up attendees with exclusive hints and tips in order to thrive in 2022 and beyond.”
Other speakers at the event in London are still to be confirmed.
A limited number of discounted early bird tickets are still available until 29 April.
