Agency reveals PropTech breakthrough after year-long research project

Hybrid agency EweMove has this morning announced that it’s moving all of its 170 branches to a new fully-automated cloud-based system customised to its needs. 

The new system - Openview powered by VTUK - has been developed jointly by the supplier and the agency, involving a year of intensive research. 

EweMove has a mix of working-from-home agents and High Street branches and has had “an outstanding year” according to a recent statement from parent company, The Property Franchise Group. 

TPFG says EweMove is on course to double its number of territories by the end of 2022.

Agency managing director Nick Neill says: “When EweMove started its journey, setting out to deliver outstanding customer service combined with enhanced franchisee earning potential, there were no industry platforms available that could support the innovative processes that we had designed, so we built our own internally. 

“Significant sustained growth over the last two years has put EweMove on course to double in size and fuelled an ambition to grow substantially further. That has led us to envisage an operating platform which is more digitally-enabled and functionally rich. 

“Our intention is to work with VTUK to further develop and tailor the Openview system to suit our unique workflows, enhance our customer experience and deliver increased efficiency, thereby enabling our franchisees to serve even more customers.”
