The changes to the business models of agents have been turbo-charged by the pandemic - and that makes the industry ripe for the use of Virtual Assistants.
That’s the view of Sanjay Gandhi, director of VA Central, who has himself used virtual assistants to operate his own agency business overseas and in the UK.
