Momentum builds for specialist website winning more agents

Two of the country’s highest profile agencies have signed up to a fledgling website which allows users to find, research, buy or sell land.

Having attracted Savills as a founding agent last year, Addland has now signed up the land and country house departments at Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker.

Jackson-Stops’ branches are now listing their land on the site while Fisher German will be promoting their land and property opportunities shortly.

Others already on board include Fine & Country Beaconsfield, Charters, Zoe Napier, RPC Land & New Homes, Michael Graham, Sharman Quinney, William H Brown and Auction House.

The total number of listings since launch has exceeded 6,500.

Andrew Smith, chief customer officer at Addland, says of the new additions: “They are all very successful, bringing extensive land expertise and quality customer service to the serious buyers on our platform.

“We have been blown away by the level of support over recent months, not just from the industry but also from buyers seeking access to all the information they need to research their land purchase in one place.

"Addland is different from what else is out there, which is why we want to make sure we are a step ahead all of the time with the latest technologies, tools and services our agents request.”
