3 Pillars Homeless Charity: On Thursday January 6 into the morning of Friday January 7, three people - the hugely popular Simon Bradbury, Steve Thomson and Andrea Delaney -  slept outside the Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings office in St.Neots for the night.

It was all in aid of the 3 Pillars charity helping the local homeless.

“It was actually a very interesting experience … “ says Thomas Morris managing director Simon Bradbury “… although we could have chosen a warmer evening for it! The challenge just gave us the very slightest insight into what it must be like to have no permanent place to call home and for that I am very grateful.”

The endeavour was achieved with the fantastic support of Relocation Agent Network and Agents Giving, assisting with the promotion and organisation of the event which has now raised over £1,800 – well over the original target of £500!

Annesley Primary and Nursery School, Nottinghamshire: Midlands-based developer Taggart Homes has gifted £1,000 to this school towards the refurbishment of the dining hall.

The gift will be used to purchase two collapsible tables and chairs, each seating 16 children for lunch. Less time queuing for lunches and more time playing outside will now be the case - with the new tables alongside further tables funded by the school enabling staff to seat all children in just one sitting.

Chief executive Michael Taggart says: “We are invested in the future of Annesley with the village being so popular amongst young families, and with many of our new homeowner’s children attending the school it is our absolute pleasure to be able to gift this money.”
