Agents from Purplebricks and Leaders are the latest recruits to sign up as area partners for Spicerhaart.
Tyrone Matthews has been named as the new area partner for Haart in Sutton and Benjamin Jobbins will take on the role in Bristol.
Tyrone has 16 years’ industry experience and was previously a lettings manager with Leaders in London.
He said: “My priority is to build a team that has a strong presence within Sutton and who can provide expert advice, while also valuing customers and their stories.”
Benjamin has 19 years’ experience in estate agency, having worked previously for Purplebricks as well as some of the top corporate agencies in London.
He said: “My home city of Bristol has a rich and diverse array of cultures and heritage, it’s one of the quickest developing cities in the UK. I’m excited to grow my team of agents in the city who live and breathe Bristol to their core.”
Haart moved to a partner model after closing branches amid the pandemic last year.
Agents work from home or from haart’s Local Property Centres and will be supported by a national call centre.
