Rebrand for ‘go to’ London agency marking two decades in business

West London agency RiverHomes is rebranding in what it describes as a bid to more closely reflect its unique expertise on London waterside living.

The re-brand will be reflected in every aspect of RiverHomes’ marketing but the specialist advice, local knowledge and warm client relationships remain.

The re-branding process started over a year ago when managing director Russell Day approached rebrand specialist Silver Leopard; RiverHomes says it wanted to remain a vital part of their community and local neighbourhoods while also emphasising that design-led properties had become a staple of the agency’s offerings.

“The aim was to ensure the updated brand reflected the way RiverHomes had grown and developed over nearly 20 years into the modern agency it is today” explains a statement from the agency.

As part of the rebrand, a revised website means that rather than just listings of available properties, visitors will find relevant material on wellbeing and mindful living, as well as information on London’s waterways, profiles of those who live and work by the water and eventually even recipes from the capital’s favourite waterside restaurants.

Russell Day says: “When my father, brother and I established RiverHomes nearly two decades ago, our aim was to create an estate agency specialising in homes on, next to and near the River Thames and associated waterways that was also a vital part of the waterside community.

“I’m pleased to say that we have realised that vision to be the go-to agency for riverside ‘bricks and mortar’ stock but have also expanded our reach.  We now have a thriving lettings arm, a marine consultancy, specialists in waterfront land and new homes and are the largest seller of houseboats with moorings in the country. In addition, our listings reflect the evolving architecture along the river and have many state-of-the-art design-led properties on our books.

“The aim of the re-brand was to reflect the ways in which RiverHomes has evolved over the years while still retaining our core identity.”
