ESTAS has announced that FocalAgent, a visual content supplier to estate agents, has signed up as an executive partner for the 2021 Forum and Awards.
In the first major live event for the property industry in two years, many of the UK’s most successful agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers will gather together for the first time under one roof on October 22.
For the first time the awards will be preceded by The ESTAS Forum which will focus on the relationship between agents and conveyancers in a series of panel discussions.
ESTAS founder Simon Brown says: “At ESTAS we are focused on recognising agents, conveyancers and brokers that provide excellent service to home movers. We are therefore constantly looking for supplier partners who are committed to helping agents improve their services to consumers. The ESTAS Customer Service Awards, which are powered by the ESTAS review platform, will follow the Forum. The event will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday October 22 and will be hosted by Phil Spencer.
