The Federation of Independent Agents has today announced a strategic partnership with award-winning website creative firm Estate Apps.
The partnership will enable FIA members to benefit from a completely free designed and maintained website with further discounted rates available for enhanced and bespoke options.
Association founder Graham Lock says: “It’s important to keep up with the digital changes in our industry and central to this is online presence. Having a fast, performance-driven website that provides a great user-experience is vital so I’m very pleased that we can support our members with this new partnership.”
Estate Apps was founded in 2011 and works with hundreds of agents.
Founder Alex Evans adds: “I’m thrilled to become an approved supplier with the FIA, the quality of their membership speaks volumes, it’s the exact clients that we love working with. Graham and I have been in discussions for some time so I’m pleased that we’re finally announcing this and I look forward to working closely with many of their members now and in the future.”
Existing Estate Apps customers that join the FIA will automatically align to the new commercial terms with Estate Apps.
“As a leading estate agency membership network we must always look forwards with new ideas and initiatives especially when it comes to digital trends, adding tangible value to our membership complements the core principles of high quality independents working together within an exclusive, non-competing environment. We have more announcements coming soon and look forward to further supporting our members” Lock concludes.
The FIA recently announced that it had reached its first core milestone of 50 member branches and says it’s making progress towards 100 mark; it has been shortlisted at next month’s ESTAS for the best agency network award.
