Blockchain network Coadjute announces new partnerships

Blockchain network Coadjute has announced new partnerships with software firms.

Coadjute launched in July and claims it will halve the time it takes to move home by giving all parties involved in a transaction a synchronised view of the deal as it progresses.

It’s already partnered with several property and legal platforms including Dezrez, MRI Real Estate Software, OpenView (VTUK), Osprey Approach, Reapit, and Redbrick Solutions.

Today it’s adding to the list with Agent Hub, Power Bespoke, Rex and Veco by Eurolink.

Steve Dawkins, chief relationship officer at Coadjute, says: “By connecting their existing CRM software platforms to other parties in the property market, Coadjute delivers real efficiencies to busy estate agents who have better things to do.

“Our encrypted network enables them to securely share sensitive client data with ease, cutting time spent chasing for updates and making more time for revenue generating activity.”

Coadjute claims to be a ‘national grid’ for the property market, and will enable future innovations including digital identity, digital titles, and digital settlement of funds.

“With the Coadjute network, there is greater transparency, a reduced risk of fraud and an accelerated process with significantly less admin. Conveyancers will be able to protect sensitive client data by Coadjute’s encrypted network, which only the conveyancer and the receiving party can see” it promises.

It is fascinating to see how this will pay out, will blockchain be the defacto operating system of global realestate, I was amazed the other day to see a senior in the legal sector opine that in 20 years blockchain will be the determining technology, facilitating everything from smart contracts, to well 99% of legal matters, he even mentioned the millions of disputes that Amazon was concluding using AI rather than having store rooms of physical files.

We at Proptech-PR, together now with our second company Proptech-X have been following John Reynolds, Dan Salmons and Steve Dawkins and the team since their start up.

And with the present hiatus, where the pandemic has allowed a breathing space and a point of reflection on how real estate is done - it might just be that Coadjute is very much in the right place at the right time.
