Kevin Thomas, the long time director at Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings, is retiring from the industry after more than 40 years.
In recent years he has focussed his attentions on the St Ives office in Cambridgeshire helping to continue what the company calls a phenomenal track record of consistent success and market dominance.
In 2021 alone, under his leadership, the St Ives office has agreed significantly more sales and received more new instructions than any other estate agent in the town according to the property portal Rightmove.
“We’re going to miss Kevin a lot. I’ve personally known Kevin as a business colleague and friend for nearly 40 years and he has always inspired me and my colleagues to do the right thing“ says Thomas Morris managing director Simon Bradbury.
“If there was one word I would use to describe Kevin as a character and agent it would be ‘authentic‘ – and I’m sure our staff and customers feel the same.“
Thomas Morris has a number of celebratory events lined up to mark the occasion, including a very public office display with photographs, cards and messages of appreciation.
