Zoopla has unveiled new features which it says will deliver more value to agents.
In-Search Ads gives agents and housebuilders the option to advertise on the listings search page in the style of a listing, and with a message of their choice to highly engaged users.
The product will have a flat monthly cost meaning the more impressions that are purchased, the lower the cost will be for agents and housebuilders.
There will also what Zoopla describes as an “enhanced My Home experience” with the launch of ‘Similar Properties for Sale’ - this enables portal visitors to see similar properties to theirs currently for sale on Zoopla, and easily compare attributes and asking price without having to create a new search.
In addition, the portal is amending its homepage to make it easier than before to request an agent valuation.
There will also be innovations for house builders who advertise on Zoopla.
The portal’s acquisition of PropTech platform Yourkeys reduces the time to complete reservation from 2.5 hours to 25 minutes and its integration with over 400 mortgage brokers enables real time mortgage application tracking.
