Think of the children - super-heroic work by Reeds Rains

Reeds Rains is once again fundraising for the wonderful Cash For Kids - and this time there’s a twist.

In previous years fundraising has revolved around a Reeds Rains sponsored Cash for Kids’ Superhero Day, when teams have donned superhero outfits to tackle challenges.

Obviously the approach is different this year - instead the branches are encouraging sponsorship via dedicated fundraising pages and are adapting a series of local initiatives to encourage donations.

This culminates in a special Cash for Kids Day on May 14, with Reeds Rains at its headline sponsor.

The charity aims to support disadvantaged children and young people affected by poverty, illness, neglect or who have additional needs, to improve their lives.

This has become even more vital recently following a report from the Child Poverty Action Group that two in five families fell into poverty last year, with children impacted most.

It’s the fifth consecutive year that Reeds Rains has supported this fantastic charity, and those who would like to support the fundraising efforts should please visit here.
