The Sales Hunter to tell estate agents how to boost market share

Agents will soon have a chance to hear a US motivational speaker described as one of the world’s most influential sales and marketing leaders.

Mark Hunter has been confirmed as the keynote speaker at The Guild of Property Professionals virtual conference - titled Stronger Together - which will be held next week, on February 19 at 4pm.

He has held multiple sales and leadership roles with three Fortune 500 companies and has picked up the nickname The Sales Hunter.

Iain McKenzie, The Guild’s chief executive, says: “His knowledge and experience within the sales sector will be invaluable to Guild members looking to increase their sales and market share this year. Mark’s talk will be around the climate that we as property professionals find ourselves in at the moment, as a result of the pandemic, Brexit and stamp duty.”

McKenzie continues: “Regardless of whether you are an agent with a single office or a member with 30 offices, we are all still impacted by the current environment; however, it is important to remember that no-one is alone, and we are stronger together at a network.”

The agenda of this year’s conference will be short and simple with an overview of 2020 and the vision for 2021, the presentation from Mark Hunter, and the awards for Guild members.

McKenzie adds: “In a Eurovision style awards ceremony, we will be presenting a number of awards to both sales and lettings agents, which includes reviews received from their clients using the ESTAs platform. At the conference we will acknowledge and honour Guild members who continue to go above and beyond for their clients and the industry.”
