Adorning homes with a Halloween-inspired look is becoming increasingly popular giving people an opportunity to show off their creativity.
Really? Well that’s the view of John D Wood & Co. The Connells-owned high end brand has exhumed its haunted property campaign to celebrate Halloween 2021.
The agency has given a light-hearted makeover to properties in its branches in London, Lymington, Surrey and Oxford.
JDW reports that in one particular previous year, the campaign was so well received by a member of the public that they responded by writing a letter to the estate agent, stating their interest to view the one of the haunted properties, and naming their availability “from midnight until dawn”.
They also have references from “our previous landlord Mr D. R. Cula” and signed off “Mr and Mrs Frank N Stein’”.
This year the agency is encouraging people to interact with the campaign by sharing their favourite haunted properties on social media and tagging their posts @johndwoodco.
