Cancer Research UK: Staff from Connells’ Hamptons branch have been at the heart of two events to support this great charity.

The Cancer Research UK Summer Run and a Hamptons Charity Golf Cup raised £9,378.00.

Runners from the agency included William Aspinall, senior lettings negotiator in Notting Hill; Ines Riou, residential sales consultant at Pimlico; Harriet Francis, senior head of lettings in Putney; Howard Bettridge, regional sales director; and Mark Wheeler,  prime country house sales director.

Lesley Cairns, managing director at the agency, comments: “The Cancer Research UK Summer Run and the Hamptons Charity Golf Cup bought members of the Hamptons team together all in aid of one fantastic cause. Cancer Research UK is a charity that sits close to our hearts and we will continue to dedicate our time and support and look forward to further fundraisers in the future.”

And Tom Dawson, the charity’s fundraising manager, adds: “It’s fantastic to see staff pulling together from across the company to make a difference. We know that one in two people born in the UK after 1960 will get cancer in their lifetime, Hamptons support brings us closer to our ambition of three in four people surviving their cancer for ten years or more by 2034. Your fundraising will save lives!”
