PropTech provider claims “most comprehensive report” on any property

A PropTech firm claims its new interactive property reports are “the most comprehensive on any UK property” and reduce the need for face-to-face contact under current Coronavirus restrictions.

Sprift’s reports contact all data for an individual property including title plans, planning history, flood risk, council tax, local schools, leasehold information and EPCs. Photos, floor plans, satellite images and street views can be accessed on what the firm describes as “a microsite for every property.”

The firm says agent customers will be able to provide an interactive property report for a vendor’s onward property purchase, helping to complete chains and cut transaction times.

“Our property reports are the most comprehensive on any UK property” claims Sprift chief executive Matt Gilpin, who says the product has emerged from feedback from agents and means “completely upgrading the traditional property brochure.”

He continues: “Our industry must do all it can to reduce enormous transaction times and to support a new house buying culture. More than 3,000 estate agents now rely on Sprift data in order to help assist a faster and more efficient property transaction process.”

The data is available to agents to share with clients either through an online dashboard or fully white-labelled vendor and buyer reports.

Again, a product advert, not a news story.

Currently all of the stories on all the trade sites are submissions that have an introduction sentence and a conclusion added to what's been supplied; Top'n tail press release. There is no reported 'news' and there hasn't been for a lot of months.

Had it been left to any of the sites to have a product run through, question and write up an independent view of this you wouldn't be reading much about anything.
