Hello and welcome to the start of the weekend and that means it's time for Agents Do Charity.
Each week, we publicise the great work agents and suppliers have been doing to raise funds for charitable causes.
As we all continue to deal with the impact of the pandemic, there has been some light this week in the form of some very warm September weather.
One thing we have learned this year is that in times of good or bad, rain or shine, the property industry continues to raise money in the name of charity.
If you have recently undertaken a charity project or event, get in touch with us on email@example.com and your name could appear on this very page next week.
In the meantime, here's a roundup of what the industry has been up to this week…
Agents Giving: Last week, industry charity Agents Giving announced that it will be holding The Agent Giving Acts of Kindness Awards 2020 on December 4 between 4pm and 5pm.
The awards will be hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer and aim to recognise all the amazing work agents have carried out for their local communities this year.
Agents Giving has been receiving and sharing Acts of Kindness since lockdown and if you have already shared your work with the charity and it appears on their website, you don't need to do anything further.
You will be automatically entered into the awards. If you have not yet shared your good deeds, you need to tell Agents Giving about your Act of Kindness by providing all the details on the Agents Giving website by October 16.

Developing Health & Independence: Bath-based property management company Touchstone has announced a three-year charity partnership with Developing Health & Independence (DHI).
The charity helps people out of the cycle of homelessness, social isolation and drug or alcohol abuse. Touchstone will be helping to provide affordable accommodation for DHI clients.
The firm has also agreed to help the charity part-refurbish one property a year and has also donated funds to provide mobile data packages to help isolated people connect with others.
Rosie Phillips, DHI chief executive, says: "Everyone at DHI is excited about working together with Touchstone to make a valuable difference to people affected by homelessness and substance misuse."
Tristram King, director at Touchstone, adds: "Being based in Bath, it was important for us to find a local charity we could partner with to help make a real difference. The work that DHI does to tackle homelessness and social exclusion is crucial and we are delighted that we can lend our support to such a fantastic cause.
TDS Charitable Foundation: The charity arm of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) has released its 2019-2020 Annual Review.
The foundation was launched in 2014 and has funded 58 projects, investing nearly £800,000 since it was established.
It aims to raise standards in the private rental sector by providing education, supporting projects and giving grants to organisations and individuals.
The annual review outlines the details of the foundation's largest funded project to date - The UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Research, which aims to help research UK housing issues with a view to informing policy changes.
There are also further details on the completion of the Propertymark qualifications project, which helped 16-19 year olds - regardless of whether they were in full or part-time education - to achieve a Level 2 Award in Residential Lettings.
