The Sequence Group is to be the sole selling agent for RoyaleLife, the country’s largest builder of bungalows, exclusively aimed at the over-45 market.
RoyaleLife homes will be showcased at the Sequence Group’s offices across the country which operate under 12 different trading brands, one for each specific locality.
As added incentives, RoyaleLife pays for buyers’ estate agent and solicitor fees as well as any stamp duty; the homes come fully furnished.
There is also a part exchange scheme which the company claims gives purchasers 100 per cent market value of the property they sell.
Locations for RoyaleLife’s developments include Cambridgeshire, Cornwall, Dorset, Essex, Hampshire, Kent, Norfolk, Rutland, and their surrounding areas.
Prices begin at £165,000 and there will continue to be sales centres at each scheme, in addition to the marketing through the Sequence network.
