New PropTech platform allows “revolutionary” multi-listing service

A new PropTech platform says its central feature will be the launch of a Multiple Listings Service.

This will allow agents “to work together and promote cross-industry collaboration as the sector becomes more relationship-led.”

Agent Hub says it has rebuilt its system and website to host MLS, and claims it will work with CRMs thus allowing users “to grow their business with the ability to find new partnerships, clients, properties and ideas to generate sales, organise business opportunities, and improve customer service.”

It will be free to use for a limited period when it officially launches in September, with registration for the MLS now open.

The Agent Hub CRM system has also been expanded to work with Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Facebook Marketplace, Homesearch, Residential People and OpenBrix, amongst others.

“We think the property industry benefits massively from cross-industry collaboration and connection so to integrate that potential is a game changer” according to Agent Hub’s chief executive, Ashley McKella.

“We can help property businesses operating under the new normal to not only adjust the way they work but actually strengthen their businesses, work more effectively, source more leads, build stronger relationships and foster inter-industry collaboration" Mckella continues.

“While making every piece of information and every listing easy to access, our brand new integrations give users the freedom and flexibility to tailor Agent Hub to meet their exact needs, whether that’s moving into a new area, adding new team members or incorporating additional portals.”
