Hunters has announced the launch of an additional franchise office at Torquay in Devon.
The branch is a conversion of local independent agency McCarthy & Co, which has been in the town since 2013, and will continue to offer sales and lettings in its new guise.
Hunters has over 200 branches and chief executive Glynis Frew says of the new arrival: “The challenging market conditions have meant that we have brought forward our technical capabilities and we continue to go from strength to strength, growing our footprint across the country while continually evolving our offering.
