Estate agents’ network links with part exchange operator

The agency affiliation group Relocation Agent Network is linking with HBB Solutions, a part exchange and ‘guaranteed purchase’ operator. 

HBB says a pilot scheme has shown that the link has benefits to both parties and in future any properties that HBB Solutions purchases directly from customers will be sold on using a Relocation Agent Network member. 

The new partnership also supports customers who are buying new homes, as well as builders, through a part-exchange scheme that allows HBB Solutions to acauite the customer’s old home. This enables the transaction to proceed.

“We can now potentially offer our members additional properties to sell as well as access to a part exchange/chain repair service for customers of our network members. We hope that this completely free service goes some way to demonstrate how we’re supporting our member agents” explains Mark Westcott, RAN director. 

Meanwhile Chris Hodgkinson, managing director at HBB Solutions, adds: “We have worked with Relocation Agent Network with a pilot scheme for over a year now and have been consistently impressed with the high standard of service that we have received from all their members. When it came to making a decision who to appoint as our local preferred agent, a Relocation Agent Network member was the obvious choice.”
