One of the many free-to-list portals now vying for attention is offering agents six months free access to a platform boasting a vast range of data about all UK properties.
OneDome - which operates a portal of the same name and the nethouseprices website - has linked up with property data firm Sprift.
The integration means agents can use Sprift to produce agency-branded market appraisal reports, and can mine Sprift’s database about every UK property.
This includes previous sale and listing history, EPCs, planning data, location data, Land Registry plans, local school catchment areas, broadband speed, mobile coverage, photos, floorplans, market stats including agencies’ market share, and more.
Reports can be printed or sent to prospective buyers using a special link which alerts the agents when the report is opened by the customer.
Agents using OneDome Pro will be provided six months of free access to this after which agents can continue accesses on a pay-per-report or monthly fee model.
Agents not currently listing on OneDome will be offered the six month period if they commit to join OneDome within a short period.
The portal’s chief executive Babek Ismayil says this is one of many integrations to be offered to agents in the near future.
"We are focused on doing everything possible to equip our agents with the best tools to help them to win more business and generate more revenue. This is why we decided to open our platform to successful PropTech companies that provide agents with valuable solutions” he states.
At the end of last year, OneDome became a Listing Partner of Facebook Marketplace, offering agents a free and automated listing service on the social media channel.
