Agencies use lockdown to sign up to Fine & Country

Fine & Country has announced it signed a string of agencies to its brand during lockdown.

Most F&C agents members are High Street firms wanting a prestige brand but earlier this year it was announced that it would allow its name to be used by self-employed agents not necessarily working from branches.

Nine of the new licenses  are in London - six are brand new, joining the brand  for the first time, with the other three existing licensees taking on additional territories.

They are in prime London locations such as Belgravia,  Islington,  St Johns Wood, Golders Green  and Holland Park

Meanwhile Fine & Country Richmond has expanded to take on Barnes and Sheen as well as Esher, and Fine & Country West London has  expanded to include Fulham.

Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country UK, says: “Along with the  nine  new licensees in London, we have also added new licensees in Wales, Northumberland and Cheshire, as well as seven associates joining the Park Lane office looking to grow their business as the premium market continues along its upward trajectory.”

The firm says traffic to its website in July was up 62 per cent year on year and the brand’s SSTC figures are also higher than this time in 2019.
