Knight Frank has merged two of its existing divisions to form a new Private Residence Consultancy team - and the new service includes helping buyers find butlers.
The former Knight Frank Home Solutions and Country House Consultancy teams have come together to offer what the agency calls “a full, seamless suite of services throughout [buyers’] property lifecycle.”
The new team will support customers from exchange through to completion, and offer advice once clients take ownership of the property.
Services will include removals and project management; staffing and staff procurement for high-end private residences; property management, including staff management and accounting; and consultancy, with regards to running costs, budgeting, insurance, security, and health and safety.
A statement from the two joint heads of the new team - Mark Allen and Michael Toogood - says:“By combining two existing offerings and providing a full suite of services through one dedicated team, Knight Frank’s clients and customers will have complete peace of mind that all of their property needs are being taken care of. We will also be able to introduce them to other specialists in the industry to ensure they always have access to the very best advice and highest level of service available.”
