Keeping leads engaged is subject of first Zoopla Skills Session

Zoopla is launching a series of Skills Sessions to support agents through the Coronavirus crisis.

The sessions are free to join and will be open to all of the portal’s customers.

Non-customers can view the sessions afterwards via the portal’s industry hub, Zoopla Advantage.

Andy Marshall, the company’s chief commercial officer, says: “Agents are renowned for their industry knowledge and expertise and, during this unprecedented period, I am sure many will be using the time to improve their skills and learn something new. We hope that by launching Skills Sessions we will be able to contribute to this, providing valuable insights on the topics that really matter to agents.

“We have no doubt that whether you are a junior just starting out or a more experienced industry veteran, there will be something for everyone over the coming weeks. We look forward to hearing feedback from agents as the programme develops.”

The sessions will feature experts both from Zoopla and the wider industry, and participants will be able to submit questions in advance for the experts to answer.

The first Skills Session will be held this coming Thursday, May 7, and will focus on how to keep leads engaged.

Future sessions will look at how to nurture leads ahead of the return to physical viewings and valuations, and how to get ahead with data.
