The Federation of Independent Agents and the ESTAS review and awards platform have formed what they call “a key partnership.”
The FIA - which is now a year old and aims to give members the scale of financial leverage with suppliers enjoyed previously just by large-scale corporates - announced a string of new independent agent members and held its second conference shortly before the Coronavirus and lockdown hit the industry.
Now the new partnership means all FIA member agents will enjoy free access to the ESTAS customer review platform including automatic enrolment to The ESTAS Awards.
FIA founder Graham Lock says: “The ESTAS is well-known for shining a light on estate agents that deliver consistent quality, the FIA consists of exactly the same type of agent so for me it was a natural and obvious partnership. I’m very much looking forward to seeing our member agents picking up plenty of awards year after year and also to handing out our very own ESTA Award for the Best FIA Member Agent.”
ESTAS collates reviews from customers who have experienced the full-service delivery from agents, suppliers and other property professionals. It says its strict verification process which includes a digital and human audit to ensure its reviews are genuine and can be trusted by customers.
Agents using the review platform can also generate Google reviews via the ESTAS platform, which also powers the annual ESTAS Customer Service Awards recognising the best agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors and suppliers to the residential property industry.
“The high quality of FIA member agents reflects perfectly the type of agent we want to highlight in our review and awards platform and I’m thrilled to be welcoming all of the FIA’s members to the ESTAS” says ESTAS sales director Ben Marley.
