A Somerset agency with three offices has changed ownership - but remains an independent.
Gibbins Richards has offices in Taunton, Bridgwater and Wellington; these have now been bought by Ben Grant and Nick Girone-Maddocks, who were respectively managers of the Bridgwater and Wellington operations.
They have purchased it from previous directors Mark Gibbins, Marc Richards and Simon Evans, who will remain as consultants.
Gibbins Richards was established in 1991 and founding partner Mark Gibbins says: “We have all reached a time in our lives when we want to step back from the front line of the business. It’s a business we remain very passionate about and we wanted to make sure that it was in good hands going forward both for our clients and our existing staff.”
The company employs 24 staff across the three offices.
