New agency software provider launching with ambitious claims

A new Proptech platform is launching next month with claims it will “up-end the way agents do business” and that it will be “dragging industry software forward by decades overnight.”

Called Street it has been three years in the making and claims to be “a multi-million pound platform” co-founded by brother and sister entrepreneurs Thomson and Heather Staff.

The service enables buyers and tenants to confirm viewings via text, plus automation for enquiries, feedback, sales progression and contracts.

Few details have been released ahead of the launch in late November but Heather Staff claims: “This is completely new technology that allows estate agents to raise the bar - we’ve created software that both agents and their clients want, using deep knowledge of both technology and estate agency.

“The response during the testing phase was overwhelmingly positive - 94 per cent of the agents who have seen it have requested to be added to the on-boarding wait-list.”

And according to Thomson Staff: “Three years is a long project by any standards, but we were determined to design and build every element of the platform from scratch.

“The huge amount of time and talent that has been invested in Street is reflected in its quality and the reaction of agents has validated our decision to take our time. We’ve focused on creating beautifully designed, intuitive technology and believe there’s nothing quite like it on the market.”
