There’s to be a new Marsh & Parsons office in London as the LSL-owned brand expands its network to Acton in the west of the capital.
This will be the third Marsh & Parsons office in this area, joining those in Chiswick and near Shepherds Bush; the new one will cover sales, lettings and new homes.
It’s not opening until the first quarter of next year as the premises are currently undergoing refurbishment to match existing M&P styles.
“I am delighted to be expanding our footprint. Acton is an area we have coveted for some time and complements our existing presence in west London. Our continued expansion in carefully selected London locations, in line with our stated strategy to grow our office network to 36, reinforces our confidence in the long-term health of the London market” explains M&P chief executive Patrick Littlemore.
Marsh & Parsons has been marketing property in the capital since 1856 and was acquired by LSL Property Services plc in November 2011.
The latest office is the first new one since openings at Streatham Hill and Willesden Green in 2019.

Easy to expand when pumped full of shareholder money. Would be good to get an breakdown of their new branch success.
