Agency launches first-ever radio and podcast ad campaign

Knight Frank has launched a new radio advert for the first time.

The rollout marks the firm’s fourth phase of its “partners in property” campaign which it unveiled in May this year.

The ad features the well known voice of Paddington and Downton Abbey star Hugh Bonneville and will appear across Classic FM and alongside podcasts from The Economist, Financial Times and The Guardian throughout October and November.

This ad states:”Today, it’s not an estate agent you need. It’s a partner in property.”

“Through our ‘partners in property’ campaign we have found a way of expressing the benefits of our partnership constitution. It not only resonates internally amongst our people, but with all our markets and clients around the world” says Tim Hyatt, Head of Residential at Knight Frank.

“Our campaign has grown into much more than just an advert, it now represents our business’s philosophy. It is a promise to every client.

“As we continue to go through a major discontinuity in every aspect of our lives, partnership and its values have never been so relevant.

“Our clients’ desire for market intelligence and professional advice is ever increasing, and fundamentally, we are dedicated to giving this advice always in the best long-term interests of all involved. Not on the basis of a quick result from a transaction.

“As we look to the future, I believe this philosophy will stay at the heart of the firm for many more years to come.”
