National chartered surveyor firm Bruton Knowles has acquired long-established Herefordshire based John Amos & Co Ltd.
The move is part of Bruton Knowles’ plans to extend across the West and Midlands.
The team at John Amos & Co will continue to operate out of its Leominster office, under the same brand and under the leadership of founder John Amos.
The acquisition is part of a wider company expansion programme at Bruton Knowles that will see several key service divisions restructured, the firm says.
Managing partner James Bailey says: “This move is another important step in Bruton Knowles’ strategic plan ... It will extend our skillset and our geographic reach, enabling us to further capitalise on opportunities in the sector.”
John Amos adds: “This marks a significant moment in the firm’s 19-year history – an opportunity for both businesses, customers and team members to benefit.
