These are exciting time for the Newton Fallowell network, which will now operate under three brands – Newton Fallowell, Goodchilds and Lovelles.”

David himself adds: “I am delighted and very proud to accept the role of Newton Fallowell MD. Of her new employer, Monique says: “Its focus and specialism in the luxury new build sector means that it stands out against established national brands. Carl joins the firm to manage a team of four sales and lettings professionals: he’s worked in the property industry for eight years and started his career at Connells Group, before moving to William H Brown.

“I moved to North Yorkshire with my family, as like so many other people, I was attracted to everything that this part of the county has to offer. It’s such a beautiful part of the world, with great schools, lovely villages, vibrant towns and cities and of course, a host of country pursuits available in the surrounding countryside” explains Carl.
