Well-known outsourced communications service Moneypenny has become an official industry partner to Propertymark, and its NAEA, ARLA and NAVA trade bodies.
Combined the three bodies have over 18,000 members and Moneypenny - which already provides telephone answering and live chat services to more than 2,500 property businesses - will work with Propertymark on customer service issues.
As part of the partnership, Propertymark members will be able to take advantage of exclusive telephone answering and live chat special offers.
Moneypenny handles 13m property calls and two million live chats each year.
It works with over 13,000 businesses across the UK.
