Iceberg Digital launches what it calls its “new flagship marketing platform” named Lifesycle on Monday, January 6.
The data marketing platform - previewed to some users last month - has taken two and a half years to develop according to Iceberg Digital chief executive Mark Burgess.
He says: “There is nothing else like it, not just in estate agency but globally. The power of this platform for agents will help them begin to prepare for the huge changes that lie ahead throughout the next decade in our industry, and we are proud to be leading the way.”
Burgess adds that demand for the platform is already exceeding demand with his firm and its suppliers promising a rapid increase in availability of the product later this year.
The firm has released testimonials from agents who have already worked with the platform pre-launch.
Neil King, director of east London agency Neil King Residential, says the service is“Mind blowing” while Tony Beales, director of Norfolk-based Millbank Estate Agents, posted to Facebook saying: “WOW, totally awesome #gamechanger”.
Agents will be able to see the product at Iceberg Digital’s Estate Agency X 6 event on January 23 in London.

Hope it lives up to the hype. Sooooo many 'game-changers', 'disruptors' around.
Amazing system, just what we need in the industry, one piece of software instead of ten different systems that will not play nicely together. Can’t wait to use Lifesycle on a daily basis.
Property Pundit - I will let you know as I am seeing ID later this month, what I do know is Mark Burgess is like me - straight talking, focused and does what he says he will do, so this latest offering will be I am sure a great asset to those who are investing in their business. Rob Brady from Iceberg Digital is also a top flight property professional with a great tech background, he discussed the new offering with me and I am optimistic that it will change the fortunes of agents who engage with it.
Tech after all is only good, if the team believes in it, uses it, and quantify whether it represents a ROI. I'll let you know how it goes after the 23rd of January and my day with Iceberg Digital. For sure proptech is not for everyone, but I would not fancy travelling to North London later this month on the back of a horse, yes the horse would get me there, but there are quicker ways.
